AvtoVAZ says RAS net profit soars 90% to 741.7 mln rbl in 2020

MOSCOW, Apr 5 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian car producer AvtoVAZ soared by 90% to 741.656 million rubles in 2020, as calculated under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), the company said in a statement on Monday.

Revenue fell by 12.1% to 256.9 billion rubles, while the gross profit rose by 2.7% to 20.995 billion rubles and the sales profit soared by 64% to 6.748 billion rubles.

Long-term liabilities grew to 119 billion rubles in 2020 from 81.4 billion rubles in 2019 and short-term liabilities rose to 86.1 billion rubles from 51.7 billion rubles.
